You will be deemed to have accepted any modification if you continue to use the website after they have been posted.

Promotional Codes
Promotional Codes can be used on iboutique.com.au for future orders only. They will not be allowed to be used on existing orders. Codes have issue and expiry dates and can only be used within the specific timeframe.

Promotional codes can not be used in conjunction with any another promotional offer. Only one valid promotional offer can be used at the one time. Promotional offers cannot be transferred.

Exchanges
If you realise that you have purchased the wrong colour or style and you would like to exchange it for another style or colour, please contact us within 5 days of product receipt at info@iboutique.com.au. You will then be sent a Return ID number and instructions on how to return the product. In order for an exchange to be valid, the bag must be unworn, unwashed with original tags still in place. Please note that customers will be required to pay for additional freight costs for this exchange.

If the product to be exchanged is out of stock or unavailable, you will be able to exchange for another product or a refund will be given via the original payment method.

In the case where you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us at info@iboutique.com.au within 5 days of receiving the product and the product will be exchanged. The customer will not pay extra freight costs.

Refunds
If you would like to return the product you have purchased at iboutique.com.au, please contact us at info@iboutique.com.au within 5 days of product receipt. Bags must be unworn, unwashed with original tags still attached.

Once contact has been made, you will receive a Return ID number along with instructions on how to return the product. The product needs to be returned to iboutique.com.au within 14 days of receiving a Return ID number for a refund to be valid. All postage costs will be covered by the customer. No reunds on sale items, only exchange or credit note only.  

Use of this site
You use this Site at your sole risk. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on this Site. We reserve the right to deny you access to this Site, or any part of this Site, at any time without notice. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis and any decision to do so is final.
